Our first Stadia commission was the Emirates Stadium for Arsenal Football Club which was the catalyst for major urban regeneration of this area of London. As the lead project managers, cost managers and health & safety consultants we worked closely with the football club, the local authorities and other stakeholders to piece together a lattice of sustainable development that enhances the local environment by the introduction of state of the art homes, business facilities, a waste recycling centre and, of course, a world class football stadium.
As a result of the success of the Emirates Stadium the Team was awarded the London 2012 Stadium and at present we have a significant site presence cost managing the Project as part of Team MacAlpine. We have also been appointed on a number of other major stadium developments in the UK.
Not all our projects are high profile yet all have, in their own way, the same local focus to enhance the community they serve. Projects include new leisure facilities for local authorities as well as sports stadia for ambitious small clubs.
Our services cover the complete development process, commencing with initial feasibility studies, option appraisals, site selection and acquisition. We then participate actively in design, managing construction, as well as the co-ordination of commissioning and final occupation by our Clients, when required.
